Mini Kit

MINIKIT AC is a LPG kit including STAG-300 plus or STAG-4 controller with wire set and accessories (pressure sensor, two temperature sensors, petrol/LPG switch, LPG level indicator, buzzer, software, and cable ties), reducer, injection rail and gaseous phase filter. In our kits, only those components which have been tested for reliability and appropriate configuration have been used. As the result of our efforts, we offer a few dozen of MINIKITS AC for 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8-cylinder engines.

Features of Conventional Gas System.

  • Possiblitity of demage to vehicle sensors and actuators
  • Could back fire on critical vehicles and plastic manifold vehicles.
  • Mileage can be less by 15-20% compared to Petrol.
  • May damage catalytic converter with in 50,000 Kms Use.
  • May not a have synchronized performance with vehicle ECU
  • Engine check light may appear due to erratic fuelling and interfacting problems.

Gas Solinoid Valve

- It is a remotely controlled service valve operated by 12Volt DC Supply It allowed LPG/CNG to go to Vaporiser only when it is powered along with the Multi valve solenoid by a selecting switch in the dashboard. It also filters any contamination present in the LPG/CNG.

Petrol Solenoid Valves

- Petrol Solendid value cuts off the flow of petrol during operation. In built by pass feature ensure that in case of any electrical failure car can continue to run on petrol.
